"15 Days Return Policy:

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days for a full refund (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).

The items must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), to insure full refund. ""New and unused"" means that there are no scratches or marks on the product; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. The Product should not have been opened, not used and unsprayed. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

Note: ""15 Days Return Policy"" does not apply to Deodorants, Damaged Products.


Cancellations by you before order is dispatched:
If you cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse, we will refund the entire amount.

Cancellation after your product has been shipped:
If your order has been dispatched from our end, we will not be able to cancel the order. (Please note: updating the shipping details might take upto 24 hrs). If you received the product, still it will be eligible for replacement or refund. Please refer to the ""15 Days Return Policy"" above.

We strive hard to process all orders at the earliest, but there might be times, where we cannot process your and need to cancel your order due to any reason. reserves the right to cancel an order at any time without giving any clarification to the respective customer.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order please send an email to Please include the word ""CANCEL"" and your order number in the subject of the email. Please briefly indicate why you would like to cancel the order. Once your order cancellation email is received we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email of this. Please note, if the cancellation request isn't sent before the item is dispatched, the order can not be cancelled.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?
We have a number of checks in place to try and ensure the accuracy of the orders we send. If you have received an item which is different to that which you ordered please contact us immediately on +91 9250555555 (Monday-Friday,2:00pm-6:00pm)

Can I return a part of my Order?
Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order, if you are not completely satisfied with the item. The Returns Policy applies to partial shipment returns as well. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules will/might apply for partial returns.

Damaged products:
Utmost care is taken in packaging of the merchandise at our Distribution Centers.We assure our customers that our Product(s) cannot be damaged during transportation. Our packaging and logistics department ensure that the product(s) are carefully packaged. We therefore will not make any refunds for claims which state that the Product(s) were broken in transportation.

Note: Customer is advised to ensure that the package is received in sealed condition at the time of delivery. Please do not take delivery of any package if you find that the seal is open or it is in damaged condition.

Steps to return a product:

If a product has been authorized for a return by, you (the customer) must ensure the product or products are carefully wrapped and securely packaged to avoid any further possible damage. This must be accompanied with the purchase receipt. We advise you (the customer) to use a courier company that can provide you (the customer) with a tracking number for the return. The customer will be liable for the shipping cost involved when returning the product/products.

We will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return and a valid receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact us before making any returns.

You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps:
1) Place your item in its original packaging .
2) Mention your order number on a paper, or insert the original invoice
3) Seal the package properly
4) Send it to us

To return an order please send an email to Please include the word ""RETURN"" and your order number in the subject of the email. We advise you (the customer) to use a courier company that can provide you (the customer) with a tracking number for the return. Please also ensure that we should receive the product back within 10 days of sending us the request, otherwise the product will be ineligible for return.

If you do not send it by Reputed Courier Company and it doesn't arrive at our Postal Address we will not be able to action any refund/exchange, as there is no method of tracking available

Mode of Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected by our returns team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 5-30 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How will I receive my refund?
a) If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account(same mode of payment)
b) If the payment made was by Cash, we will send a cheque to the billing address or make Bank transfers/NEFT payments from our company bank account.

How long will the refund process take?
Typically the refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your items. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

a) NEFT/Bank transfers:It would take 4 working days for it to be deposited into your account.
b) Cheques: It would take 2 working days for it to be mailed to you and may take a few days for the cheque to be delivered at your billing address.
c) Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking: We process it in 2 working days but it may take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
1. Deodorants.
2. Damages due to misuse of product.
3. Scratches or marks on the product.
4. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
5. Wrong Product.
6. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
7. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
8. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by team

  • We are not doing reverse pick ups , Hence if you decide to return you will be shipping us back and we reimburse shipping fee of INR 100.
