Mode of Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected by our returns team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 5-30 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How will I receive my refund?
a) If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account(same mode of payment)
b) If the payment made was by Cash, we will UPI, Bank transfers/NEFT payments from our company bank account.

How long will the refund process take?
Typically the refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your items. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

a) For Cash on Delivery Orders -UPI/NEFT/Bank transfers:It would take 4 working days for it to be deposited into your account.
b) Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking: We process it in 2 working days but it may take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
